CERCA’s 2024 Bat Monitoring Project Report

This report summarizes the findings of CERCA’s 2024 bat monitoring project, now in its fourth year. Over six months, dedicated volunteers used Echometers to collect data across diverse habitats in the Cowichan Valley, providing valuable insights into bat activity and ecological trends.

The report includes key findings from six monitoring stations, highlighting bat activity patterns and species diversity. It also features a site-specific report from Station 3, showcasing the depth of our analysis.
